Using fluid bed technology to roast small 15 kilo batches, the beans are carefully air-cooled to ensure a perfect roast. To further produce premium quality, the coffees are blended only after roasting. Each varietal coffee has its own unique roasting temperature to enhance its aromatic flavors so roasting separately first is essential to the craft.
