Vintage Pristine Silver by Sacks Glass Bowl On Silver Pedestal Bowl 10 Dia. 6 High
With an etched emblem on the bottom of the base!
A scalloped edged bowl ( not to frou frou) on a stepped shiny silver base.
No tarnish only age which a good cleaning will take away, meaning no stains.
The base is stepped and looks more art deco geometric than something victorian.

History:
One of the pieces from my Uber Chic Aunt in Palm Springs. She has a ton of fabulous pieces mostly gifted to her that she used maybe once or not at all.
This was securely packed away for years. I don't remember seeing it in her house, so I assume it was unused.
